Working Together

  • 01. Submit Your Enquiry

    Begin by filling out the enquiry form. Share your space details, measurements, and relevant project information. This helps us understand your needs and what you’re looking to achieve.

  • 02. Design Guidance

    Lydia personally reviews your project, helping you plan tile placement, layouts, and combinations that suit your space and style. This stage is about refining ideas and making sure everything works beautifully in your home.

  • 03. Quote & Timeline

    Once your design and selections are confirmed, you’ll receive a final quote along with a production timeline so you know exactly what to expect. A deposit will then be required to begin production.

  • 04. Made for Your Home

    Your tiles are made to order, just for you. Over six weeks, each piece is individually handmade, painted, glazed, and carefully finished before making its way to your home.
